Monitoring your calorie intake can be an important step in losing weight. One of the biggest steps in this is carefully balancing what your eating with the exercise you’re doing.

This tool will give you an idea of how many calories different daily activities and popular exercises burn at your weight level. Simply fill in your weight and estimated activity length  and hit “Calculate” to get a calories burned figure for a whole host of popular activities.
