This tool will help you calculate how many calories you need to eat to both retain your current weight or reach a desired weight.

Ensure you set realistic weight loss goals, this means sustained weight loss over longer periods of time, losing weight too quickly is not only bad for your health but also leads to yo-yo dieting and other harmful behaviours. The tool will alert you to more dangerous weight loss targets.
Once you’ve completed the form you should have an idea of how many calories you should limit your diet to on a daily basis to stick inside the limit.
