    I lost 3 stone  

    My family has always enjoyed food and eaten big meals. As a result I have always been on the bigger side. At my heaviest I was 15 stone and I thought it is time I changed my eating habits and lifestyle.

    fighting fit  

    I had been through a number of health issues over a 2 year period which made me put on weight. I was so unhappy with the way I looked and was keen to do something about it.
