    Naturally good  

    When I first started thinking about detoxing I didnt think about colon cleansing as lets face it, it isnt the nicest of subjects. I liked the fact Slimming.com just told you the facts and didnt show you horrible images of what has come out of other people when doing the cleanse!

    I liked the fact that the ingredients in this colon cleanse were all natural, I heard that some colon cleansers are full of laxatives and all sorts of other chemicals which I did not want.

    The results of the cleanse were great (though slightly shocking). You mix the powder with apple juice so it isnt too bad to drink at all.

    I felt so good afterwards really healthy and alive. I have convinced my husband to give it a go!

    Easy to take  

    The program is easy to take and easy to follow with clear diaries and guides. I used apple juice you find at a local store which wasnt organic and the results were still good and I honestly can believe they would have been better if I had done the program with organic apple juice as recommended.

    It is the second time I have done the colon cleanse and will be doing it again in about 6 months time.

    I no longer crave greasy foods  

    My GP gave me a health warning and advised me to clean my lifestyle up or risk serious health problems.
    So I started looking at colon cleansers as a way to start my new lifestyle.

    I couldnt manage the intensive fasting program but chose to do the program for longer eating at the same time. The effects were still the same as the pictures you see on some websites.

    I felt ready to start my weight loss program as my stomach was less bloated and for some reason I no longer craved greasy foods all the time.
