My Alli story

I went in for my 3 month check up with this doctor today. My blood pressure dropped to normal in 3 months. My diabetes dropped to "controlled" within 3 months. Keep in mind i have had both of those problems since 1994. I was able to go from 10 meds to just 2. One for diabetes and one for a heart valve condition.

No, but it is 5 minutes well spent.
I am feeling empowered after the end of 30 minutes. I CAN DO THIS! It is only 5 minutes, but so what? It proves to me that i have a goal and i am doing my best to achieve it. You would not believe the high. And the jogging kicked me over the hump of staying at 191 for 3 weeks."

I would like to say to everyone YOU CAN DO THIS! If i can do it, anyone can. I keep the graph from the myalliplan page on my desk to look at when i want candybars. It helps remind me that i have a plan.
Stick with it, follow the plan. If you fall off the wagon, climb back on... no harm, no foul... just start again and stick with it. I have gone from size 22 to size 16 and have my next goal of 30 more lbs to work toward."
