Very happy. Works really well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Once you’ve used the Slendertone system for a few days, you get into your own method of putting it on correctly and takes just a few minutes. It is worth persevering though as the results are great.

I definitely felt my muscles being worked over and the results started to show very quickly (2-3 weeks tops). But they don’t make you lose weight… they are most definitely for toning up.

In conjunction with a healthy eating plan and a little exercise, these are a brilliant purchase. I would never have believed it if my sister hadn't raved about them so much and showed off her new pert bum and tight thighs.

I think Slendertone could improve on the design though, I am a fan plus the price has come down almost 100% in the past year so. Great value for money.

Not big enougth!
The concept is really good as you IF you don't move a muscle - its all done for you – but then that is the theory I suppose. However the practical side is the hardest part.

When I got them out & stuck all the pads down i could not fit into them so only buy them if you are a medium or below as they will not fit!!!

If you are lucky & succeed in putting them on then you will be very lucky if you are not left with welts especially if you have muscles-fat on your nether regions - which you are bound to have as otherwise you would not have bought these in the first place.

Down to a size 12 (from a 16)
I bought this when Slimming.com first feature them. At the time i was losing weight but found it hard to shift the inches from my thighs and bottom, however this did a wonderful job and within just 2 months (or 9 weeks to be exact) of daily use I went down to a size 12 from a size 16, it is the best thing i have ever bought and yes you do have to put the pads on and set the controller but this is not a lot of hassle to be honest.

They do stretch and give you a snug fit, but I was a size 16 and had no problems getting into it.I recommend these, as they really do, but make sure you get rechargeable batteries because once you see the results you wont have it off.
