  2 months in and its AWESOME!  

  I’ve been using this device for 2 months and its awesome! Just to give you a idea of how I use it, I tend to put the arm device on just as I get home from work and use it for 1 to 2 hours. And slowly but surely my arms have gotten more and more toned, which is great.
  
  I was always very nervous about my arms so I am really happy that the Slendertone device worked, and hoping my boyfriend gets me the stomach one for my birthday, as I need to start working on that next!!!

  Good but needs dedication  

  My name is Sarah and I am 27 years old and I think I have a very average body that could do with a lot of toning everywhere!
  
  I work in a hospital which means I have crazy shift patterns and although I have the best intentions, after a long day it can go to pot. I do try to eat well and I run 3 times a week but I thought I’d try the Slendertone and see if it would make a difference.
  
  Its certainly given me another way to stay in shape, though I am suffering from the same problem I previously had… my crazy shift patterns are getting in the way and I just don’t have the time to use the device as much as a should. So it probably works (I can certainly feel it when I do) but don’t use unless you can give it the time it deserves.

  Slimmed my arms in time for my wedding :)  

  I try to live a healthy life style by eating sensibly and doing some exercise but I do tend to fall off the bandwagon from time to time :S
  
  So I needed that little something to help me get in shape, especially as my wedding was fast approaching and I suffer from mild “bingo wings”. Slendertone has been a godsend! Its very easy to use and it fitted right into my daily routine at work. Now I have much more toned arms and very much look forward to climbing into my sleeveless wedding dress. :)
