    Im loving my six pack  

    I bought this belt after some deliberation and thoroughly recommend it. The instruction are easy to follow and setup is straight forward.

    Im used to doing 100 sit ups a day, so you can imagine I was getting frustrated with not getting a siz pack. My stomach was flat, but there was no definition at all.

    That is until I bought the slendertone system. Within a week I've got that extra toning, sit ups became easier to do from the increase core strength and I will continue to use it to further strengthen and define my six pack.

    Remember thought that the Slendertone system is not the one solution. To get a good six pack your still need to do exercise and eat right otherwise you are wasting your time.

    Very happy with my purchase  

    A close friend of mine bought this a while back so I had a go then and was convinced to give it a go myself, and I had a go and was pretty impressed, although I did doubt if it was worth the money.

    I finally bought one about a month ago now and have been using it everyday since I bought it. It's perfectly comfortable to wear and you can go about your day to day tasks (within reason). Infact I’ve often used it in the evenings whilst corner shop to get some milk. Its not noticeable at all under a coat, although if you have it on a high setting you might get a funny look when you tense up every 5 seconds!

    So to summarise, I’ve been using it for a month and there's definitely been some improvement. My stomach is getting more defined, and as a rock climber I’ve definitely noticed my core strength improving. Very happy with my purchase.

    It works. 5 star!  

    I have a pretty active lifestyle (though I do work a lot of hours too) and I am a pretty regular visitor at the gym. I used the Slendertone 6 week plan which I recorded in a sports diary so was pretty dedicated with it.

    The results are great, I now use my belt a few times a week to keep the tone topped up! Its perfect for giving me that extra tone that I just don’t have the time or energy to do at the gym.
